NOTE (by Boguspomp, distributed with .flac files): This does not come from a CD Bootleg!
After I listened to ("And Now A Word From Our Sponsor") and praised up to heaven, I wasn't satisfied with the SA (spectrum analysis) and the existing gaps. After contacting some folks, I got this new version from a friend via FTP in 2 big files. I made Spectrum Analysis for the previous seed and this one, so that you guys can see the difference. This version has a flat frequency range and ends at around 20 kHz. The previous version ended somewhere around 13 kHz and had some wild SA. THIS VERSION OF THE SHOW IS SEAMLESS. Except for creating individual songs and editing the gap between "I Still ..." and "Satellite.." together, there were no mastering undertakings involved. This version is around 2 minutes longer (the intro) and sounds fabulous.
NOTE: For those of you who are obsessed with such things, here is another version of the August 16, 1992 soundboard recording that that has no fades or rough transitions. It also has a different spectral analysis, as you should expect, since this recording has not been remastered in any way. All soundboard recordings of this concert that have surfaced to this point are mono, but "And Now A Word From Our Sponsor" and "Calling the White House" sound slightly different due to the remastering that was done to them.
Personally, I prefer "And
Now A Word From Our Sponsor" and "Calling
the White House" because I find the soft hiss in the background that
is audible during the quieter parts of this recording to be a bit annoying.
