NOTE: This VCD features the same video as my other VCD from this date, "Vienna - 27/07/01".  Thankfully, the audio on this one is infinitely better...there are no problems with the bass.  Here are my comments for the video, taken from my review of the other VCD:

Shot from the left side of the arena, even with the stage.  As is almost always the case, people standing in front of the taper partially obscure the view at the beginning of the show.  The camera remains fairly still throughout.  Some closeups are included and they are quite sharp.  On occasion the video gets a bit jerky, but the audio remains constant.

All of the extra files on this disc lead me to believe that it is chapterized.  However, if this is the case, I couldn't get it to load automatically in my computer.  I had to open the video files the old fashioned way, using Windows Explorer.
