NOTE: The taper was located in the stands at a 45 degree angle from the stage on the right side (Adam's side).  Video clarity is very good on both the wide angle and close up shots.  The audio is clear, but a bit distant.

The video begins as Bono sings "High, higher than the sun", so the entire Trippy Elevation intro and the intro to "Elevation" are missing.  There is a squeal in the audio at 2:23 of "Elevation".  The first thirty seconds or so of "Please" is lost as the taper had to insert a new video cassette.  There is a noticeable edit at the very beginning of "Pride".

The last two tracks make this VCD worth obtaining on their own.  They feature some great footage of NYC firefighters, police, and EMS on stage with the band.  If watching these tracks doesn't make you feel good, I don't know what will.
