NOTE: This video was transferred from the Rattle and Hum Outtakes to VCD.  Video quality is decent, although by no means great.  The focus isn't very good, so the band members tend to look a bit blurry.  The fist 2:38 of the video is awful, with the video washed out and the audio so muffled that it is virtually unlistenable.  After seven seconds of dead air, the picture sharpens and the audio becomes crisp.  The strange thing is that "Streets" starts from the beginning of the lyrics again despite the fact that the the first part of the song had already been documented.  Regardless, from this point on the audio is much better - G/VG soundboard to VG soundboard.  The last guitar solo at the end of "Bad" and the last few words of "One Tree Hill", are missing on this recording.  Because the Outtakes videos contain gaps between some songs and seem to run the ends of some songs together with the beginnings of others, this bootleg contains the same anomalies.  There are a few pops and crackles along the way which is not unusual for videos.
