NOTE (by Rossman, included with .flac files): A number of people had issues with Chris' recording. Chris himself asked for someone to fix this. So after I downloaded it and listened, the problem was somewhat simple, if you have the tools. Below is what what was done:
>Reconstructed
the show as a single wav file.
>Isolated
sevaral peaks caused by near by clappers, and reduced them to the average
level of the entire recording.
>Normalized
left and right channels seperately to 98%
>Cut
about a second of silent dead air from the very beginning & very end
of recording.
>Reindexed
track points with CDWave. Same number of tracks per disc so no new artwork
would be needed.
>No
processing or filtering done whatsoever.
This
sounds really solid now.
