NOTE (anonymous): The first disc in the CD-R master was lower than the second one, so it was amplified 135% to put it in the same levels. The first seconds of the show (up to 0:28 of "Zoo Station") were higher due to a gain adjustment, so they were brought down by 65%. There were gaps in the middle of the Intro (0:32 - 0:38) and "Trying to Throw Your Arms Around the World" (2:18 - 2:21). These have been fixed using other small portions of the same songs. Also, an annoying high frequency tone was present for the most part of the recording starting in the middle of "Even Better than the Real Thing" (2:39), this has been EQ'd out using a 16K point FFT and a -40dB notch filter with CoolEdit. There is a hiss footprint at the end of the recording taken from the gap in Arms Around the World.

This is the best version that I have heard of all Frankfurt 29.05.1992 recordings. This item is pretty clean, featuring great clarity and crispness. Nice capture of all instruments, with a good mix with vocals. Audience noise is audible, adding a good participation, but they are not distracting (although some individiual voices can be heard near the taper on a few occasions).

I detected a dropout at 04:44 in Arms Around the World, and a pair of edits. The first one is placed between Arms Around the World and Angel of Harlem, that affects only to crowd noise. The second one is located between Stand by Me and Desire, but it does not affect to the music (it cuts off the crowd cheering during the encore).

Nice improvisation by Edge in Desire before the "Dollars, she's my protection" part.
