History: low gen cassette > Terratec DMX 6fire soundcard > Cool Edit Pro 2.0 > WAV > mkwAct 0.97 > SHN

NOTE (distributed with .shn files): Low gen cassette recording was purchased from a bootleg shop on Grafton St in Dublin two days after the Cork show.  Cool Edit Pro 2.0 was used to remove slight tape hiss and normalize to 97%.  Yes, "Tryin' to Throw Your Arms Around the World" REALLY was played in Cork.  The setlist in the book "U2 Live: A Concert Documentary" was incorrect.

The volume fluctuates a bit at the beginning of "Zoo Station" as the taper gets his levels set.  Audience noise is a factor, as individual voices can be heard near the taper on several occasions.  If you don't like people singing along with Bono or girls screaming at the beginning of songs, this recording probably isn't for you.   Bono's vocals are a bit more prominent than the music.  Sound clarity is good but not great.
