NOTE (by Flying Gonz, distributed with .flac files):
*Some Mic Cable static on and off during a few songs.
*Some Right Channel dropouts in Sunday Bloody Sunday were fixed in Wavelab 5
*Encores may be from 1st Gen cassette of same source.
NOTE: Some technical problems at the beginning
aren't overly encouraging, but hang in there for a few songs and you will
certainly be rewarded. While static (either the "mic cable
static" referenced above or static resulting from the levels being set
too high) and a few bursts of diginoise can be heard on several occasions
during "Streets" and again over the next couple of songs, these problems
more or less disappear by "I Still Haven't Found". All of the instruments
can be easily differentiated and Bono's vocals are quite clear. Some
audience noise is audible on occasion, but doesn't really detract from
the quality of the recording. All things considered, a very
nice recording of a hard to find Joshua Tree Tour concert. The known
lineage is a plus too.
