NOTES:  I obtained this recording from Darren Glen.  Here are his comments regarding the remastering:

This show is an excellent recording…possibly one of the best audience from 87 (next to Chicago).  However this show simply suffered from a shocking eq job on its transfer to cd, causing the show to be given a nasty peak around 5-6k.  This made the whole show sound “tinny” and harsh.  A spectrum analysis and re-eq to bring the concert back to a flat response caused this recording to simply shine…it became warmer, Bono's voice sounds clear and natural and not “sharp” as before, the bass became more defined, and the whole concert sounds far “bigger” than before.  The indexes were not touched.  A few dodjy edits fixed up (between tape changes) though…e.g. the end of “Exit”.
