NOTE (from taper, distributed with .flac files): So here is my second ever recording of a U2 gig.  Was exactly the same set up as last time with the only difference being I was more in the middle of the right ramp on the inside barrier.  Again the mic was sticking out of the top of the back pack which in turn was placed against the barrier.  Thankfully no screamers from hell this time but the crowd was still very noisy.

NOTE: Gary's first recording, to which he compares this one in the above review, is "Stadium of Blinding Lights" from June 15, 2005 in Manchester, England.  This is another strong effort, with even better sound quality than Manchester recording.  Audience noise is certainly audible, but is not overly distracting.  About the only thing holding this recording back is the voluminous dimensions of the venue, which again result in sound clarity being slightly below that on the average Vertigo Tour bootleg.  The sound becomes just a bit muddy for a few seconds near the end of the first performance of "Vertigo".

"Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" is played for only the third time on the Vertigo Tour, and for the second time on the European leg.  ISHFWILF is played once again, and seems to be forcing its way into a fairly regular turn in the Vertigo Tour setlist.
