Additional editing (by Michael A.):  I used mkw 0.96f to convert the following SHN to wav for editing and re-SHNed: disc 1 track 11 (added fade out), disc 2 track 1 (added fade in), re-split d1t11 and d2t01 using CDWav for a better transition between tracks, re-split d2t05 and d2t06 using CDWAV in order to keep the Bullet The Blue Sky intro with the song rather than at the end of track 5.  No further editing was done.
