NOTE: The DVD is an absolute must have.  The quality of all clips is excellent -- with the Berlin '81 footage better than any other version I have seen.  The early TV clips are priceless...when we first see the band during their performance on Youngline, Larry is wearing a red jacket reminiscent of the one later worn by Michael Jackson.  He looks sheepishly into the camera and grins nervously.  Edge, too, seems to be scared by the camera -- his awareness of its presence made all too obvious by his actions.  Edge and Adam both have hair that is bigger than big.  Bono is wearing a white jacket and tight pants -- his overall look is very Mick Jagger.   Things only get worse from there in terms of fashion -- Bono is wearing a pair of Michael Jackson-esqe gloves during the performance of "Life On A Distant Planet" on Pop On the Box.  Many of the songs are lip-synched -- often badly.  Watching U2 perform as the very type of processed music that they would later become the antithesis of is hilarious!

There are chapters/track divisions within each portion of the DVD, but they are not in the proper locations .  Therefore, I haven't even bothered to list the track divisions here.  Plan on watching each portion of the DVD all the way through to avoid to avoid headaches.

The sound quality on all of the audio discs is excellent.  Most, if not all, of the recordings are the best available in terms of sound quality for each concert.  The San Francisco '83 recording sounds a bit like a soundboard, but you can hear some voices in the audience deep in the background on occasion, so it is likely an audience recording taped from a near perfect location.  About the only problem I could find with the audio discs was a sloppy index on Disc 2.  The split between Track 15 and 16 is in the middle of "Out of Control".
