NOTE: Several things about this bootleg are identical to my 3 disc Glendale DVDs from a few nights later -- the splashscreen menu at the beginning of each disc, footage of the marquee outside the venue at the beginning of Disc 1, and the quality of the footage. This leads me to believe that the same taper is responsible for all of them.
The taper is located in the stands more or less straight away from the stage. The video consists exclusively of wide-angle footage, as the taper was too far from the stage to get closeups without pixelization. The tightness of the wide-angle footage does vary to some extent. The camera remains very still throughout. Overall, the quality of the video is superb. The audio is very nice as well.
The last few seconds of "Sunday Bloody
Sunday" is missing due to a tape switch. "Bullet the Blue Sky" fades
in just as Bono begins singing the first verse. There is two second
dropout in the audio at 0:56 of "Bullet the Blue Sky". The last few
seconds of Larry's drum solo at the end of "40" are missing, apparently
sacrificed to allow this recording to fit on two discs.
