NOTE: Here is the source info I got from my trading partner:

PAL 720 x 576/25, 16:9, front of stage on tribune, cam with 20x zoom

Filmed from in the stands at the far end of the stadium, straight away from the stage.  The footage is essentially exclusively wide-angle.  Given the taper's distance from the stage, true closeups could not be obtained.  The tightest footage shows only a portion of the stage, and the various band members appear to be somewhat distant.  The clarity of the widest-angle shots -- those that include the entire GA crowd -- is excellent.  The tighter shots have nice clarity as well, but the distance of the subject matter is much more apparent.  The camera remains pretty steady throughout and there are very few obstructions.  The first five songs on Disc 2 are shot exclusively in very wide-angle.  The audio is solid but not spectacular, with the low end sounding a bit loose.

On Disc 1, the album version of "Crumbs From Your Table" plays during the main menu and the album version of "Original of the Species" plays during the song menu.  On Disc 2, a very cool acoustic version of "Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own" (studio) plays during the main menu and an odd acoustic version of "Vertigo" -- complete with what sounds like a banjo, Bono virtually speaking the lyrics at times, and rollic static reminiscent of vinyl -- plays during the song menu.
