NOTE: While this DVD has two parts, the entire concert fits on one disc.
This DVD features pro-shot footage with decent picture quality and very nice sound. The picture isn't as sharp as it is on many pro-shot videos (see screen captures). This may be due to the generation of the source video or perhaps the equipment used to convert the analog video to digital video.
From "Pop Muzik" through "I Still Haven't Found", the footage is shot by a single camera located behind Larry's drum set, so you get to see a lot of the backs of the band members. During "Last Night On Earth" and most of "If God Will Send His Angels", the footage is a wide angle shot from straightaway that focuses on the PopMart stage/video screen. At the end of "If God Will Send His Angels", footage from multiple cameras is shown for the remainder of the first B-stage set. Then its back to a single camera with only a wide angle view of the screen through the Lemon Intermission. As the lemon opens and the band emerges, the picture zooms in and focuses on the individual band members walking down the stairs. Throughout "Discotheque" there is a mix of closeups and wider angle shots of the band performing on the B-stage. "If You Wear That Velvet Dress" and "With Or Without You" are shot entirely by a moving camera suspended above the crowd. The final encore features tight angle shots from cameras positioned at various locations around the stage.
The video was obviously not intended for commercial release...a lot of the views are a bit strange and the transitions from one camera angle to another are often abrupt. The buttons on the menus feature video footage from each song.
