NOTE: Taper is located high up in the stands straight away from the stage slightly left of the tip of the heart. This DVD was created from a first generation VHS tape, and the difference in quality between this recording and digital videos from the Elevation Tour is apparent. While the quality of the video is solid, sharpness is lacking for a video from this time period. The faces of band members -- Bono in particular -- often lack definition and appear somewhat washed out during close ups. The footage does include a nice mix of wide-angle and closeup shots. Audio is very nice.
The VCR used to play the cassette has some calibration problems at the very beginning of the tape (first ten seconds) and again briefly (a few seconds) during "Bullet the Blue Sky". The picture stays steady during these periods, but "VIDEO CALIBRATION" appears across the screen (see screen capture here).
