NOTE: Filmed from in the stands on the right side (Adam's side) of the stadium at an approximately 30 degree angle from the stage. This DVD was almost certainly created from the master or first generation copy, as the video clarity and is excellent for a recording from this era. The taper is pretty far removed from the stage and the zoom feature on his camera isn't powerful enough to produce true closeups from this distance. However, there is considerable variation in the tightness of the various wide-angle shots that make up this DVD. The sharpness on the tightest shots is a bit lacking, as the lighting more or less washes out the band members faces. However, the video clarity is very good even on these shots. The camera seems to pick up some interference from the video screens behind the stage, as they appear to flicker throughout the concert. The camera shakes slightly throughout much of the video. I found this to be tedious, but not overly bothersome.
As you can see from the setlist, this video is not complete. At approximately 14:45 there is a cut in the video as Bono begins his speech before flipping through the channels of ZooTV. The video skips to the moments before Bono's speech introducing "One". There are a couple of cuts during "Unchained Melody", making the short rendition of this song very choppy. There is another cut at 35:05, just after The Edge finishes singing "Numb". The video then jumps to the down time before "Angel of Harlem". This is followed by a cut after "Angel of Harlem" that sacrifices "Dancing Queen", as the video skips directly to the opening line of "Stay". The next cut occurs just after the final note of "Stay". At this time the video jumps to the beginning of "Bad", approximately 20 seconds into the song ("If you tear yourself in two again..."). Another cut occurs just after Bono finishes singing "Running To Stand Still", sacrificing most of the transition from that song into "Streets". The final cut occurs at the end of "Streets" when the video jumps to opening notes of "With or Without You". In all, a total of six songs are missing: "Even Better Than the Real Thing", "Mysterious Ways", "Satellite of Love", "Pride (In the Name of Love), "Desire", and "Ultraviolet (Light My Way)".
