NOTE: While not on the same level as the best audience-shot recordings from this tour, this DVD nonetheless makes for a quality viewing experience.  The quality of the recording is better than average and the performance put on by the band is great.  It's early in the tour, so Bono and the gang are still familiarizing themselves with the new material.  This makes for a performance that is more unique than the average show later in the tour.  Plus, it's St. Patrick's Day in a town full of Irish.  What more could you ask for?  Note the ultra-rare performance of "Van Diemen's Land", a song that was played only a couple of times on the ZooTV Tour.

Filmed from in the stands on the right side (Adam's side) of the arena at approximately a 30 degree angle from the stage.  The quality of the video is pretty good considering the source was a second generation VHS tape.  The sharpness could be a little better.  The most notable issue is that the faces of the band members suffer from "whiteout" that is all too common on analog audience-shot recordings.  Footage consists mostly of wide-angle shots.  There are a few relative closeups, but they are not very tight.  The picture remains pretty stable throughout and there are relatively few obstructions.  Audio is solid, but not great.

There are a few occasions during which the VCR that was playing the source tape had tracking difficulties.  The first is just a few seconds into the video during Bono's "I nearly lost you..." bit.  The most notable is a brief period during "One" (21:25 through 21:35) and another during "Until the End of the World" (26:43 through 26:48) when lines appear across the screen and the audio disappears.

The bonus footage is from a pro-shot video of the same concert.  The quality of this footage ranges from bad (during "The Fly") to horrible (during the intro and "Zoo Station").
