NOTE: During my initial scan of this DVD, I was able to identify three of the five cameras referenced above.  They are listed below in the order that they appear in the video.  The vast majority of the footage on this disc is from Cam 2.  Clips from Cam 1 are usually only a few seconds in length except for those showing band members on the ellipse.

Cam 1: on the field, straight away from the stage [digicam]
        Excellent video quality; numerous obstructions (fans standing in front of taper); relatively low frame rate
Cam 2: in the stands on the left side (The Edge's side) of the arena at an approximately 15 degree angle from the stage [camcorder]
        Video clarity is about average; moderate closeups; tighter footage suffers from moderate washout when lighting is at its brightest
Cam 3: in the stands more or less straight away from the stage [camcorder]
        Quite a distance from the stage; relative closeups only; footage is slightly less clear than the average audience-shot DVD from this tour;
        tighter footage suffers from considerable washout.

It is likely that the two cameras that I couldn't identify are digicams located on the field.

The audio is about what you'd expect to hear on an audience-shot video -- clean, but lacking the power of an audio recording created using decent mics.
