Lucille
Lost Highway

NOTE: You will bust a gut watching this video!  Just seeing the boys in their over-the-top country western gear will make you laugh.  Before they even begin to perform, Bono says "I hope I don't set myself on fire" while taking a swig from a bottle of whiskey while smoking a cigarette.

Bono (aka Alton Dalton) croons "Lucille" in a drawling voice obviously meant to poke fun at the stereotypical country western performer.  Edge sings "Lost Highway" in a much more restrained "country" voice.

Bono introduces Edge as Luke Datlon, Adam as "my sister Betty Dalton", Larry as Duke Dalton, and himself as "Alton Dalton...and don't you forget it."

My trading partner lists the source as "Master", but the fill material after the Dalton Brothers pefromance would seem to indicate that this recording was dubbed from another tape onto the source tape for this recording.  There is a bit of fluctuation in the color of the footage, and there are a few crackles in the audio that sound like the result of minor tracking problems.

After the performance by the Dalton Brothers, there is a two minute clip of The Pretenders performing -- likely on the same night as the opening act for U2.  This is followed by two plus minutes of poor quality footage of what appears to be an Irish talk show.
