NOTE: DVD features the same video as the DVD "Elevation Stockholm - 10 July 2001".  Here are my comments regarding that recording that recording:

Filmed from in the stands on the right side (Adam's side) of the arena at approximately a 15 degree angle from the stage.  The footage is much sharper than you'd expect to see on a transfer from a second generation VHS tape.  Features of the band members faces are visible when the taper zooms in and washout isn't as much of a problem as it is on most VHS transfers.  There is a notable green line at the bottom of the video.

Throughout "Elevation" and "Beautiful Day", the people standing in front of the taper result in a somewhat obstructed view.  The taper zooms in on various band members to crop out the people in front of him as much as possible, but plenty of heads and hands are still visible.  Beginning with "Until the End of the World", there many fewer obstructions.

The information provided by Achtungpop for this bootleg suggests that there is one less analog generation in its lineage than "Elevation Stockholm - 10 July 2001".  However, it may simply be that the source information that I have for the other DVD is incorrect.  Regardless, I don't think that the video on this recording is appreciably better.  The audio is definitely an upgrade, however, as this bootleg contains both Bono's IEM feed and the Excellent Plus audience recording from Crystal Cat's "U2 Elevation Tour 2001 Second Night".  A separate menu allows you to select the audio feed.
