The usual "wash out" is present, but to a lesser degree than usual. In other words, more details are visible on band member's faces than is typical for audience-shot analog videos. There is some obstruction in the form of fans standing in front of the taper, mostly to his left. However, there are no periods of prolonged obstruction. The quality of the audio is about average for an audience-shot video.
During "With Or Without You" a logo with the words "Living After Midnight" forming the hair on top of a face with sunglasses briefly scrolls across the screen from bottom to top (approximately 3 seconds). Perhaps this bootleg was produced by Living After Midnight?
