NOTE: The audio on this bootleg is pretty solid, although not top notch considering it comes from the soundboard. There is a soft purring noise in the background throughout "40" that sounds somewhat like a running motor. The video is clear, but could be sharper. There is a narrow horizontal line of distortion that works its way up the screen throughout the recording. There is a major edit during "I Will Follow" that sacrifices almost an entire verse of the song.
The second video seems to be taken from an Island promotional video. "C'Mon Everybody", "Bullet the Blue Sky", and "Running To Stand Still" on the second video feature are also from the Paris 04 July 1987 concert. The sharpness of this footage is a bit better than it is on the first video.
There are track divisions throughout this recording, but they are in the middle of songs. Therefore, plan on watching this video all the way through.
While far from perfect, this DVD is still
very entertaining -- you can never have too much pro-shot Joshua Tree footage!
