NOTE: The taper is located in the stands a little left (The Edge's side) of straightaway from the stage. Footage includes a mix of wide-angle and closeup shots. While the video quality isn't on par with the majority of Elevation Tour recordings, the clarity is such that you can still make out some details on the band members' faces.
The lineage of this recording is unknown, but the source tape was almost certain VHS. This appears to be the same video that is featured on the "Merci Montreal" VCD, and that title was made from a first generation VHS tape. Furthermore, the picture on this recoridng is not as sharp and crisp as most digital videos. The colors bleed a little bit on this DVD, leading me to believe that the source tape was at least a second generation VHS tape.
The audio is solid but not spectacular.
