History: Casio mics?? > unknown recorder
> master or 1st gen cassette > DAT(1) 48khz > FLAC > WAV
Transfer: DA-20 > Monster coax > DiO 2496
> CEP 2.1 > CDWave > FLAC
NOTE: The source information for this recording
is a bit shaky, as the recording device is unknown and it is unclear whether
it was transferred to DAT from the master or from a first generation cassette.
The music and vocals are somewhat distant and the voices of people near
the taper are a bit more prominent than Bono's on numerous occasions.
Sound clarity is excellent. Overall, the recording is very clean
but lacks the punch that distinguishes excellent recordings from very good
recordings. Disc 2 cuts in near the end of Bono's speech introducing
"Bad".
