NOTE (by Thir13en, included in .flac files): Ah, The Bayou, R.I.P.  Now ritzy multi-million dollar condos on the waterfront, but back in the 70's and 80's...it was a great cozy place to see a band.  I wasn't into U2 yet, so I missed this show (that and I was only 16 at the time.).  Sure wouldn't have minded seeing it though.  At least we have this.

Source was good, a little thin and bright, but it's all there.  Two typical frequency bands run through this one, the 15.75 TV tone and the 19K FM tone.  The source claims SBD, but that frequency band refutes that.  I say it's most likely an FM.  Otherwise, it got my treatment, and it's bigger and bolder.
